Bush Forced to Change Tactics: Diplomacy is the Winner

There has been a visible change in Bush tactics over the last months. Witness his rather meek approach to the U.N. AND the administration has actually resorted to diplomacy (FOUR YEARS LATE) in dealing with Korea's nuclear threat.
We hope that Bush does NOT regain his Pre-Hurricane swagger.
